That's right, ladies, my latest "challenge" is to do 30 Classes in 30 Days! I'm moving at the end of April, so I will be cancelling my gym membership. The goal of this challenge is to get the most out of my last month at the gym--and, of course, to help get me back in shape! Here are my rules (for myself):
1. A "class" is defined as either a class at the gym OR an exercise video off Netflix.
2. I do not have to do a class a day (although that would be nice); if I miss a day, I can make it up by taking two classes another day.
If When I am able to complete my goal, I will reward myself with some wonderful treat--which has yet to be decided. Any suggestions? I'm thinking non-food (I don't want to un-do all that work!).
What are your favorite exercise videos? What are your favorite classes at your gym? What are some of the ways you "reward" yourself for accomplishing your exercise goals?

Oooo - I highly recommend Jillian Michel's 30 Day Shred video. I got it from Netflix and it's amazing. There are actually three different workouts on the tape, and they each take only 20 minutes! She cycles through three minutes of strength training (a set of handweights or water bottles is all you need), then 2 minutes of cardio, and one minute of abs. It kicks my butt every time I do it.
